Overview

A construction project can be delayed or disrupted for a number of reasons. It is crucial to the proposed management of a construction project to understand the relevant events that can trigger a delay or disruption and then implement the correct process to manage the delay or disruption.

Course pre-requisites

Attendees to this web class will benefits from a general understanding of construction contract management. The Course is based on the principles of JCT 2016, so some prior knowledge may be an advantage, but is not essential.

The course takes the form of a one and half hour interactive web class with power point slides, practical examples, exercises  and finishes with a questions and answers session.
