Awards overview

Join us for the celebrations and be amongst the first to discover the successful projects in each of the categories, as well as the overall Project of the Year winner. Regarded as the premier property and construction Awards in the country, RICS bring together the most innovative projects across the UK and awards the very best entries across eight categories.

The RICS Awards 2018 coincides with our 150th anniversary, where our focus is to highlight our public interest responsibility. We are partnering with LandAid in their mission to end youth homelessness and provide 150 bed spaces to support young people at risk of homelessness across the UK. At our awards ceremonies, there will be the opportunity to donate money to support our Pledge150 campaign.
