Matthias has over 28 years of working experience in real estate property valuation services, property development and property management. His expertise includes the marketing, leasing and management of prime properties, in particular, high-rise commercial buildings and high-end gated residential development owned by prominent property developers.
He has successfully formulated and implemented building operational procedures in numerous prime commercial buildings; in the process continuously achieving high occupancies and rental rates. He was involved in the successful repositioning and planning of the concept/tenants mix for both the retail and office components of the said building.
He led the team on the leasing and promotional activities for the building; and the planning of the facilities management befitting the 5-star rating of the building.
The course will be delivered combining technical references and practical exercises. During practical, delegates will also be drafting out the asset management plan to apply the knowledge acquired during the day.
