AI in Europe Survey

Following the Sustainable Real Estate in Europe Survey, we have launched the AI in Europe Survey.

Led by Zsolt Kákosy FRICS on behalf of the EWRB, this survey explores how artificial intelligence (AI) is being adopted across the European real estate and built environment sector. It focuses on levels of awareness, practical application and professional maturity, and examines the implications of AI for ESG, ethics, and alignment with RICS standards.

The findings will inform a dedicated research paper, helping to shape future guidance, professional standards and education on the responsible use of AI in real estate practice.
