RICS Hong Kong is pleased to have participated in the Development Bureau's stakeholder engagement session on the Hong Kong Five-Year Plan, chaired by Under Secretary for Development David Lam Chi-man JP.
We appreciate the opportunity to engage with government representatives and fellow professional institutions in discussing Hong Kong's long-term development.
Following the meeting, RICS has prepared a set of key recommendations to support Hong Kong's long-term competitiveness, resilience and sustainable development.
The recommendations emphasise the importance of positioning the Northern Metropolis as a globally competitive, innovation-driven and liveable city through integrated planning, talent attraction, international investment, digital transformation, sustainability, effective governance and high-quality place-making.
