This workshop will cover the whole process of being an expert witness; from taking instructions, inspections, report writing and cross examination techniques. If you’ve ever considered being a willing or frequent expert or want to know what to do if you find yourself as an accidental expert, this session is for you.

Chris Sullivan is the founding director of a specialist disputes practice; thesullivanco. He spent over 25 years at Hollis, in Birmingham and London, leading their Dispute Resolution team. He has been cross examined on many occasions and has written hundreds of expert reports. Chris will draw on his own involvement in some of the leading property disputes of the last decade.
