Birmingham Local Members Group invite you to join this helpful CPD session on how to improve Building Control Submissions.

The general statistic of Building Control submissions gaining approval is 50/50. We'll look at where the common mistakes occur so to improve this statistic and reduce unnecessary delay.

This session will summarise building regulations and how to produce a compliant design for a successful Building Control Application. We will explore regulations relating both to non HRB and HRB building types. We will also consider how to get the best from your Project Team in terms of identifying key appointments and validation of competence.

Come and learn what's needed for a good Building Control submission that can be swiftly determined as compliant.
