Set in the heart of Wilder Doddington, the Wild House will be England’s first Passivhaus Premium non-domestic building.
The Wild House is more than a venue. It is a blueprint for a regenerative future. Built from recycled materials and British timber, powered by renewable energy, located within a rewilding landscape and supporting one of England’s largest landscape recovery programmes, it shows how communities, nature and innovation can thrive together.
Assembling at The Wild House, we begin with a presentation to learn about the background and the aspirations for the Wilder Doddington project, covering their Biodiversity Net Gain work and newly completed Education & Visitor Centre 'The Wild House' which is where this event will be held. Excitingly this will be the first commercial 'Passive House Premium' building in England.
Following the presentation, we will head out on foot to tour and experience the conservation project, the 4th largest Wilding project in the UK.
Refreshments will be provided.
