Overview
RICS members are invited to join us for a relaxed and sociable wine tasting evening at Gills & Co, one of Sheffield’s most highly regarded wine bars. This exclusive event offers the perfect opportunity to unwind after work, network with fellow professionals, and enjoy a curated selection of wines in an informal setting.
Guests will be guided through a tasting of carefully chosen wines by knowledgeable hosts from Gills & Co, offering insights into flavour profiles, production, and food pairings along the way. Whether you’re a seasoned wine enthusiast or simply enjoy a good glass of wine, this event is designed to be engaging, welcoming, and enjoyable for all.
Alongside the tasting, attendees will have plenty of time to connect with other RICS members from across the region, making this an ideal opportunity to strengthen existing relationships and build new professional connections.
Schedule
6pm arrival - glass of English sparkling - Roebuck Classic Cuvee
6:45/7pm - tasting starts (5 wines to try - 1 x rose, 2 x red and 2 x white) plus cheese and charcuterie boards
9:30pm - tasting closes - Mingling following this (additional drinks can be purchased from the bar up until 10pm.)
