Overview
This event will consist of a 90‑minute yoga and wellbeing session for real estate professionals, hosted at Projects Nile House Brighton. The focus of the session will be destressing at the end of a busy work week, and a chance to meet other professionals in the industry. The session will be delivered by a professionally qualified yoga teacher and will include guided physical movement, breathwork and mindfulness exercises. After the class, there will be an opportunity to network with some soft drinks.
