Overview

Join us for a lunch and learn CPD and networking event hosted in partnership with Baker McKenzie.

RICS together with Baker Mckenzie are pleased to invite you to a lunch and learn in Sydney: 1 Hour Formal CPD

As Australia continues to emerge as a key destination for data centre development, the opportunities for investors, developers and occupiers are significant. However, these opportunities are accompanied by complex commercial and legal risks.

This session will explore the critical challenges associated with data centre projects, including power availability and grid constraints, planning and approval pathways, construction and delivery risks, and leasing and customer contracting models.

Drawing on current market trends and project experience, our speakers will examine how developers, investors and advisors can identify, allocate and manage risk throughout the development lifecycle, from site acquisition and approvals through to construction, commissioning and operation in an increasingly competitive and highly regulated sector.

Join us for a sandwich lunch, networking and a CPD session. Spaces are limited, so bookings are essential.
