Overview

Preparing for your RICS Final Assessment can be challenging, but the right guidance can make all the difference.

Join us for the RICS Final Assessment Masterclass, an interactive session designed to help candidates approach their Final Assessment with confidence and clarity. Hear directly from RICS on how to successfully prepare for submission, understand key assessment requirements, and avoid common pitfalls that can impact candidate outcomes.

The evening will feature a presentation from RICS, practical insights from experienced assessors and members who have successfully completed the APC assessment journey, and a live audience Q&A. Attendees will gain valuable advice on preparing submissions, demonstrating competencies effectively, interview preparation, and building professional connections through the RICS community.

Whether you are preparing for an upcoming assessment or planning ahead for the final assessment window of 2027, this session will provide actionable guidance to support your journey towards Chartered Membership.

Featured speaker: Bianca Delkou, Candidates and Early Years Engagement Specialist, RICS

Bianca supports candidates throughout their assessment journey to becoming Chartered Members of RICS and works closely with academia to promote awareness of the profession and the opportunities available through RICS.
