RICS invites you to a site tour of Atlassian Central on 15 July.
Co-owned by Dexus and Atlassian, the 39 storey tower will be the world's tallest hybrid timber commercial building upon completion.
Delivered by Built, in joint venture with Obayashi Corporation, the tower is being constructed next to one of Australia's busiest transport hubs.
Combining mass timber, low-embodied-carbon steel and low-cement concrete within a diagrid structure, it's one of the most complex construction projects in Australia.
