Overview
The Affordable Housing Delivery Group brings together the Council, Registered Providers, and Developers to build strong partnerships that maximise the delivery of affordable housing across the city. Whether you are involved in affordable housing, land disposal, planning and strategy or simply want to know more about this key sector in the West Midlands, we invite you to join us.
The meeting will feature a range of presentations, including information on upcoming opportunities and case studies on completed schemes. We will hear updates on the City’s site disposal program where affordable housing delivery is encouraged. We will also hear presentations about cross group plans to improve stock and benefit from Government initiatives, improve planning processes and promote new concepts. The Council will also provide regular organisation updates.
