Overview
Transitioning from technical expert to effective leader requires a shift in mindset, behaviour and professional focus. Within the natural and built environment, where professionals are often promoted for technical excellence, the ability to lead people, not just projects, becomes critical to sustained success.
This course, featuring curated content from Access Learning and delivered through the RICS partnership with Access Learning, equips emerging leaders with the foundational skills required to lead with confidence and credibility.
The course explores the core elements of effective leadership, including building and mobilising high performing teams, delegating responsibilities effectively and understanding the behaviours that underpin trusted, credible leadership.
