This course, featuring curated content from Access Learning and delivered through the RICS partnership with Access Learning, equips professionals with the practical skills required to contribute effectively within team-based environments.

The course explores the principles of collaborative working, including structuring productive interactions, understanding roles and responsibilities, and using digital collaboration tools effectively. It reflects the realities of both co-located and dispersed teams, recognising the increasing complexity of hybrid project delivery.
