Overview
2025 saw the introduction of proposals that would significantly alter the commercial property sector. From a ban on upward only rent reviews, to the Law Commission’s consultations on reforming the Landlord and Tenant 1954. This webinar will explore the how reform may change the landscape and how this in turn will impact how problems are resolved when there is disagreement between landlords and tenants regarding renewal terms.
