Overview
The Part R Building Regulations (known as Approved Document R) provides detailed information to meet the latest requirements for physical infrastructure for high-speed electronic communications networks in new properties, as well as to buildings with major renovations.
This webinar will provide information on:
- The requirements for the physical infrastructure, including information access points and the Network Termination Point (NTP)
- It will consider satellite and wireless technology, when providing in building infrastructure design and where the required network speeds can be met.
- Gigabit-capable networks and exemptions.
- Physical infrastructure and network connections for new dwellings
The speakers are Tim Huxtable MRICS, who is the founder, and David Walker MRICS, is the Director from Proptech Developments.
Part R legislation applies only to England.
