Overview
Despite a lack of amendments since the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 (Electronic Communications) Order 2016, legal rulings surrounding party walls have been shaping interpretation of the legislation. Join this webinar to better understand how the law is currently interpreting the application of the Party Walls Act.
We will also examine the role of party wall Surveyors more generally and how the Act aims to settle contentions surrounding shared walls and works in close proximity to adjoining properties . Refresh your knowledge on the RICS Professional Standard for Party Wall Legislation and Procedure, which was re-issued in May 2023 and is currently being reviewed by a select working party.
