Overview
RICS Wales Stay Informed Webinar The first of our biannual Stay Informed Webinars in 2026 will be introduced by Matt Haynes (Wales Board Chair) who will provide details of the Wales Board Action Plan for 2026. Details of the planned Engagement Activities for the year will be provided by Graham Craven (Regional Markets Engagement Manager) and by David Morgan (Matrics South Wales Chair.) With Welsh Government elections looming, our Senior Public Affairs Officer, Sam Rees, will focus on the manifesto pledges made by each of the political parties relating to the Built and Natural Environment and the impact they could have in Wales. Sam will also provide details of any new RICS policies that affect the regional membership.
