The RICS Matrics Surveyor Awards are back for their 11th year to showcase the exceptional talent within the surveying profession in the UK.

This annual event, which has honoured the achievements of up-and-coming surveyors for a decade, celebrates the innovation and hard work of emerging professionals in the surveying industry. The RICS Matrics Surveyor of the Year Awards play a significant role in showcasing the talented diverse next generation to the surveying profession. By acknowledging the achievements of surveyors from various backgrounds, the awards provide visible and relatable role models for aspiring professionals. This representation can inspire individuals from underrepresented groups to pursue careers in surveying, as they see people like themselves succeeding in the field.

These prestigious awards provide an opportunity for individuals and employers to commend the highest standards of professionalism and innovation within the built environment. They honor those who have made an outstanding contribution to the advancement of the industry, while also celebrating them as leaders in their field.

Judging will be undertaken by industry experts who ensure integrity and rigour, culminating with an evening of celebration being held on 15 November at the Midland Hotel, Manchester.
