Overview

Valuation practice across the Middle East is evolving rapidly. With increasing regulatory scrutiny and higher expectations around professional judgement and reporting, today’s valuers need more than technical knowledge. They need confidence, consistency, and clarity in how valuations are delivered across asset classes.

The Middle East Valuation Training Programme has been developed to support you in this journey. It is a comprehensive, regulator‑aligned, multi‑tier learning pathway designed to strengthen professional valuation capability across the GCC and Bahrain.

Delivered in both Arabic and English, the programme provides you with practical learning that builds:

  • confidence in applying valuation standards
  • strong regulatory understanding
  • real‑world skills to produce robust, compliant valuation reports

empowering you to operate with assurance in an increasingly complex market.

Structured for those wishing to obtain RERA Bahrain licenses only, this pathway aligns with:

  • International Valuation Standards (IVS)
  • RICS Red Book
  • IPMS

In addition to

  • Bahrain Valuation Standards (BVS)
  • RERA licensing requirements (Bahrain only)

Learners progress from foundational valuation practice through to advanced modelling and complex asset valuation, gaining RICS issued CPD hours and certificates at each stage.

Hear from our past participants

“Your ability to deliver such a rich and engaging learning experience and your dedication and passion for teaching… The Real Estate Valuation module was not only insightful from a technical perspective, but also deeply enriching in how it emphasized real-world application, professional judgment, and the value of relationships in our field.”

Jackoup Gergis CMA

Director of Finance and Accommodations Development Egypt, El Gouna Real Estate

“The courses led by RICS, in line with RERA BH requirements, have provided me with deeper knowledge of various valuation methodologies and the confidence to undertake complex assignments. The interactive classes, especially those with Dr. Tareq, helped me absorb the material more easily and apply the IVS and Red Book standards in practice.”

Sara Abdulla

Senior Analyst, CBRE MENA

“Based on my experience with previous training courses, I had a certain impression of online courses, as they typically involve less interaction and tend to consist of simply reading through slides while participants are merely passive listeners. However, the valuation course through RICS, led by lecturer Mr. Tariq Al-Madani, stood out for the excellent interaction from the trainees. They shared a great deal of their expertise with us, and we conducted training exercises and simulations for valuation reports that underwent detailed review. This had a significant impact in correcting errors that would have cost us dearly.”
