We know that there are occasions when things go wrong and it's important to remedy these problems quickly and efficiently.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and you can expect a full response within 15 working days.

If you are dissatisfied with the response to your complaint you can ask for it to be referred to the Managing Director – UK Markets who will investigate and respond within seven working days. If you prefer to write to the Managing Director directly, you can do so at the address above.
