He has a sound appreciation for complex and large projects in the areas of project management, specialising in time control (planning and programming), and on matters relating to the preparation/evaluation of delays and disruptions (time aspect) and extension of time.
Under various engagements, Chung has been appointed as a lead claim consultant, with specialisations in delay forensics and time-related matters. Chung's experience includes being the assistant to experts and being appointed as a delay/cost expert in arbitrations.
