RICS was very pleased to join the Victorian Building Authority and the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors at the Victorian Trade and Tech Fit Career Expo in 3 and 4 June to promote building (control) surveying as a fantastic career option to secondary school students from all walks of life.

There are chronic shortages of building (control) surveyors in most states of Australia particularly in regional areas.

We were very lucky to have key RICS members join the Victorian Building Authority at their stall and our special thanks go to Jason Reading MRICS, Dao Ping Ting MRICS, Martin Ryan MRICS and Stuart Brown MRICS for taking part.
