Conference overview

Taking place in Utrecht, The Netherlands Valuation Conference will consider the country specific effects of new International Valuation Standards (IVS).and guidance to help inform ongoing strategies while aiming to answer the following questions: 

• What is the future of valuation in the Netherlands?  
• What are the main challenges facing Residential and Commercial Valuations?   
• How will the implementation of new AI Technologies affect the Netherlands Valuation sector?  

Aimed at supporting local members working within the valuation sector. The half-day in-person event will look at global valuation standards, guidance and case studies while also addressing specific regional challenges.    

We will introduce a spotlight on topics such as real estate landscape, economic uncertainty and the latest on the New Red Book Global Standards that details mandatory practices for valuers. If you are working in valuation and would like to discuss the shifting priorities within the sector, then this is the conference for you. We will cover the new standards that are being developed for the Netherlands around Land Development in the new Information Paper for Dutch Government, alongside practical insights into the use of technology, valuation reports for 2024 and the expected forthcoming challenges.
