Join us to hear from Paul Hawkins, from North and Hawkins Building Consultancy. Paul is a Chartered Residential Survey and Valuation Surveyor working in East Anglia for 25 years. For the last 11 years he has been Director of North & Hawkins Building Consultancy specialising in historical building surveys and valuations across the region.

This lunchtime seminar will give a snapshot of the local property market including valuation trends and emerging patterns in buyer behaviour, alongside the proposed transformation of the home buying and selling process and how it may influence future surveying practice.
