Nella Pang is the Managing Director and Founder of Omega RE, the first B Corp certified commercial real estate advisory firm outside London. With over two decades of experience in the sector, Nella previously led the JLL Agency team on the South Coast, where she advised major landlords, investors, and occupiers across office, industrial, retail, and development markets, building a strong reputation for strategic insight and commercial excellence. Nella has advised high growth businesses across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, leading major acquisitions and portfolio strategies. Her decade-long partnership with a core client has supported their expansion from three units to 37 sites, contributing to a sixfold increase in valuation between 2022 and 2025. A champion for industry diversity, Nella founded the Strong Female Lead Initiative and actively mentors emerging talent. She hosts the South Coast’s largest property conference and the top 5% global podcast “Let’s Talk South Coast,” driving investment and elevating regional dialogue. Nella sits on the RICS Commercial Property Panel, serves on the board of Brave Corporation, and is an Honorary Fellow University for the Built Environment.
