Come along to the RICS Matrics Essex APC Commercial real estate pathway quiz, a popular online event designed to support Commercial real estate pathway APC candidates in their preparation for the final interview.
Taking place via Teams, this interactive quiz will provide an informal and engaging opportunity to test your APC knowledge on the commercial property technical competencies. The quiz will cover:

- Lease renewals inside the 54 Act
- Lease renewals outside the 54 Act
- Estate agency
- Purchase and sale
- Auctioneering
This event is open to APC candidates, students and early-career property professionals who would like to build their understanding of the APC process in a relaxed and supportive environment.
