Best Practice in Program Set Up, Management and Delay Analysis.

Master the complexities of project scheduling with our upcoming CPD event in partnership with Sydney Water.

This seminar will focus on best practice in construction programming and delay analysis with particular reference to NEC4 contracts. The session will look at strategies for establishing robust, realistic baseline schedules and managing ongoing project timelines to mitigate risk.

We’ll also be looking at delay analysis methodologies, and how to accurately substantiate or defend extension of time (EOT) claims. The session will be suitable for project managers, contract administrators, quantity surveyors and professionals across commercial and delivery teams.
