Contract Administration

The contract administrator is responsible for managing the terms of the building contract between the parties. This requires knowledge and skills related to contract provisions application, the ability to set up appropriate office procedures and to keep accurate records commensurate for the scale and nature of the building contract.

These topics will all be covered in this course in which the trainer will demonstrate best practice related to modern methods of information management and post contract admin procedures. 

By focusing on real world examples and the extensive experience of the trainer, this course will give you the tools to confidently administer construction contracts on which you are working.
