Session one 2026 UKI assessments are now underway

As we begin the first UK & Ireland Chartered assessment session of 2026, we’d like to share an update on our assessment process and wish all candidates the very best of luck.

Session one of the 2026 UKI assessments began on Monday, 13 April. This week, 133 candidates are undertaking their assessment interviews.

Are you a candidate in the Land and Property pathways? A further 590 of you are finalising your preparations. Visit the Candidate Support section for guidance and resources.

Are you an assessor? RICS thanks you for confirming your availability and supporting this session. Your contribution helps deliver a high-quality experience for the next generation of surveyors.

If you haven’t already confirmed your availability, please do so via the assessment platform. If a full day is not possible, half-day support is also welcome. Contact ukiassessmentdelivery@rics.org to arrange this.

Are you a Built Environment assessor? Built Environment assessments begin on Monday, 11 May 2026, with over 900 candidates. Scheduling is in the early stages. Please confirm your availability where possible.
