Hongkong Land is a major listed property investment, management and development group. It will explore how the development supports innovation-led growth, new industries and talent development, while outlining key planning priorities, infrastructure delivery and cross-boundary coordination needed to shape a more connected, sustainable and resilient Hong Kong.
This panel will examine how the Northern Metropolis can be delivered as a large-scale, integrated development, focusing on key components such as logistics clusters, the University Town and innovation hubs. It will explore new delivery and procurement approaches, including PMO and PDSA models, alongside infrastructure planning and cross-agency coordination. The discussion will also address how stronger alignment across stakeholders can accelerate delivery and unlock long-term economic value.
