  • This keynote will explore the strategic direction set out in the 15th Five-Year Plan and its implications for Hong Kong’s development. It will examine how national priorities in innovation, technological advancement and high-quality growth are shaping opportunities for the real estate and construction sectors, including infrastructure, urban development and regional integration within the Greater Bay Area. The session will also provide insights on how Hong Kong can strengthen its role as an international hub by aligning with national development priorities and contributing to a more integrated regional economy.

  • This keynote will examine the Northern Metropolis as a key growth engine for Hong Kong and its role in advancing Hong Kong–Mainland integration and Greater Bay Area connectivity. It will explore how the development supports innovation-led growth, new industries and talent development, while outlining key planning priorities, infrastructure delivery and cross-boundary coordination needed to shape a more connected, sustainable and resilient Hong Kong.

  • This panel will examine how the Northern Metropolis can be delivered as a large-scale, integrated development, focusing on key components such as logistics clusters, the University Town and innovation hubs. It will explore new delivery and procurement approaches, including PMO and PDSA models, alongside infrastructure planning and cross-agency coordination. The discussion will also address how stronger alignment across stakeholders can accelerate delivery and unlock long-term economic value.
