The Queensland RICS Member Engagement Group invite you to an evening CPD session focused on the intersection of technology, data, and commercial property.

Starting at 4:30pm on Thursday 14 May at Auditorium, 100 Wickham Street.

Liam Murray, Founder & CEO of PIPP.ai, will explore the impact of technology and AI in commercial property management.

Drawing on his experience developing data-centric platforms within the built environment, Liam will examine how portfolio owners are shifting toward data ownership, integration, and AI-enabled decision-making across their assets.

His work through Build-Apps and PIPP.ai centres on eliminating fragmented systems and enabling organisations to take control of their own building performance data to drive more informed, efficient outcomes.

This will be followed by a panel moderated by Craig MacDonald FRICS, featuring Liam Murray alongside Benjamin Ihle, Co-Founder and Director of Property Technology at Beyond Condition.

Ben brings over two decades of experience in software development, machine learning, and product strategy. At Beyond Condition, he leads the design and development of tools that reshape inspection workflows and elevate professional standards across the property sector.

The session will focus on practical application, not theory - how technology is being deployed today, where AI is actually delivering value, and what this means for property professionals operating across asset management, facilities, and advisory.
