Overview

West Midlands Combined Authority and RICS West Midlands invite you to join this update session on residential gap funding opportunities available through the WMCA.

Hosted at Turner & Townsend’s new offices at 55 Colmore Row, the session will give an overview on how to access the region’s devolved Housing and Land funds, both for private and public sector investors. It will also highlight success stories and explore projects which are currently underway.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about this funding resource, meet industry colleagues facing viability challenges, and discuss how this initiative can help the West Midlands continue to develop, regenerate and prepare for the future.
