RICS is proud to introduce a new session in our webinar series on the application of Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) in real estate valuation. This webinar will delve deeper into DCF valuation technique and case studies following our previous sessions. DCF valuation is increasingly being used to value real estate globally, not just for investment decisions but also across other purposes such as financial reporting and secured lending. The recently published RICS DCF practice information supports valuations undertaken on an investment value and market value basis and this webinar covers both, with the support of case studies and practical tips. The contributors will go through the basics of DCF modelling and how they have applied these in their experiences.
