Overview
In the booming Construction industry in the Middle East and Africa, involving third parties in various capacities is common and necessary. Enforcing the rights or obligations of third parties can be challenging in many instances, however, achievable in various forms, through an array of mechanisms. In this webinar, we will explore contractual arrangements other than Client / Consultant and Client / Contractor agreements that involve other parties, focusing on the examples from the region.
