Retrofit is becoming an essential part of delivering safer, more energy-efficient, and sustainable buildings. For surveyors, it offers a practical way to expand services, respond to growing client demand, and stay aligned with evolving industry standards.

To support our Residential and Building Surveying members in developing their knowledge and capability in this area, RICS has partnered with the Retrofit Academy. This collaboration provides a timely opportunity to gain new skills in domestic retrofit while significantly reducing the cost of training.

With 80% government funding available, the Level 4 Award in Domestic Retrofit Assessment forms part of our wider learning portfolio, offering a clear and flexible route to develop your skills.
