In 2018, over 2,000 respondents in Asia Pacific participated in the twelfth Asia Pacific Rewards & Attitudes Survey.
Respondents indicated the highest average earnings, bonuses and pay rises since 2009. The sample was slightly more experienced in demographic but the rises were across the board. Respondents under 34 years of age enjoyed average rises in earnings of over 10% and respondents appeared to indicate that increases were on the cards for the coming year as well.
