    What is the value proposition?

    Bamboo Auctions provides online auction technology to estate agents and auctioneers, which enables them to operate, control and offer online auctions as a service to their buyers and sellers.

    Bamboo Auctions have partnered with RICS to create the RICS Marketplace.

    RICS Members can sell properties by online auction in the RICS Marketplace, with a legally binding commitment from committed buyers. There is no cost to list properties and members will receive an additional £1200+VAT for each property sold online.

    Specific product information

    In order to list a property, RICS Members can either:

    a) list directly into the RICS Marketplace by contacting Bamboo; or
    b) sign up for a white label of Bamboo’s technology and list properties onto their own website (properties will be displayed on the RICS Marketplace automatically).

    RICS Members who wish to sign up with Bamboo will be able to sell properties online, from within their own website, with a legally binding contract.

    Using Bamboo, Agents retain their vendor relationships, control their sales progressions and increase their own cross-selling opportunities. Our online auction technology provides: Built-In ID Checks, Payment Processing, Automatic document generation and Buyer Tracking. By listing with Bamboo and the RICS Marketplace, you can: Increase Income, Speed up Transactions and Decrease Fall Throughs.
