Overview

After 25 years in private practice, acting as an Expert Witness, Arbitrator and Independent Expert, in 2013 Peter McCrea was appointed a Surveyor Member of the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber).  In this topical talk Peter will reflect on his experience of seeing experts in the witness box, giving examples of good and bad practice, and outlining what makes a good expert witness.
