In response to member feedback, The Hub café in the basement of 12 Great George Street has reopened. This facility is available to RICS members, alongside of the Member Lounge already located on the ground floor of the building, offering free wifi and work stations in our central location on Parliament Square.
The Hub who will be offering a range of high-quality cold food including sandwiches, salads, cakes, pastries and fruit, as well as hot and cold drinks. As demand grows, the range will expand to offer hot snacks and potentially hot meals too. Regular users can also take advantage of a loyalty card scheme offering savings and discounts.
Come and try the new food and drink options at The Hub and, if you’ve not yet used our Member Lounge, come along and check out this great space. If you’re checking emails between meetings in London, or need to arrange a work call, our member lounge provides an ideal central location with great quality refreshments also now available at The Hub café.

How do I access the member areas?
The member area in our London office is on the ground floor and you do not need to book to attend. Our member area in our Birmingham office has recently been relocated to the 5th floor and similarly does not require a booking. However, if you require formal use of the space such as for a meeting, please email facilitieshelpdesk@rics.org who will be happy to help. Members should have their membership number with them to gain access. Prioritising the wellbeing of our staff and visitors, should we on any day reach the capacity limits to operate a COVID-safe space, we will no longer be able to admit visitors.

You can find any qualified member using our online search facility. We recommend searching by first and last name only.
