The Panel heard the case against Mr Durham by way of written representations.
The Panel considered whether Mr Durham may be liable to disciplinary action under RICS Bye-Law 5.2.2(d) by reason of having been convicted by Willesden Magistrates Court on 19 May 2015 for offences contrary to sections 194(1)(a) and (2) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and section 3 and 6 of the Forgery and Counterfeiting Act 1981.
The Panel expelled Mr Durham from Membership of RICS and ordered him to contribute towards RICS’ costs.
