Violetta Parylo is responsible for the long-term financial strategy of RICS. She also leads the delivery of effective corporate services, including information technology, property management, facilities, legal, compliance, risk and corporate governance.
As a member of the Executive Team of the RICS, Mark has responsibility to shape the direction of RICS and to fully contribute to the leadership of the organisation.
Neil is responsible for managing RICS’ presence in the US, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean. His focus is to build the RICS brand, grow membership and ensure that existing members derive value over the lifetime of their relationship with RICS.
Will has a broad background in the construction and property sectors gained in advisory, consulting and contracting services across the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions.
Mark is responsible for providing a complete range of RICS product and service propositions globally, to assist individuals into membership, develop their careers and provide the tools and services they need on a day-to-day basis.
Ken Creighton directs RICS’ contribution to the development of international standards. He also oversees our education and qualification standards and the technical standards developed in RICS’ 17 professional groups.
Gillian Charlesworth is responsible for RICS' reputation and profile. She leads on recognition and enforcement of RICS' standards in the key economic and financial centres of the world.
Alistair Milne is responsible for talent and leadership development, employee engagement, internal communications, equality and diversity, reward and organisation design across RICS.
