Interim Measures hearing – Tuesday 15 January 2019
On 15 January 2019 a Disciplinary Panel imposed restrictions on Mr Cannon in that:
- he is not to work as a principal but only as an employee.
- In respect of any employment he is not to handle any client monies.
- he is to obtain written confirmation from the principal of all current employers, within 14 days of the date of this decision, and the principals of any future employers, within 14 days of that employment commencing, that he is not and will not handle client monies.
- he is to inform each and every employer of these conditions.
The above restrictions will remain in place for a period of 12 months.
The notice will remain on RICS' website for the duration of the period of suspension.
