Land (Rural and Urban) winner

Congratulations to Jonathan Manns MRICS from Colliers International for winning this year's Land (Rural and Urban) award.

Jonathan also won this year's Young Surveyor of the Year Award

Commended as “a great credit to the UK” by the Royal Town Planning Institute, Jonathan Manns MRICS has excelled in the profession, very early in his career.

Promoted to Director in November 2014, aged just 30, Jonathan became one of the youngest Directors in the global business. He leads a young and dynamic team advising on some of the most exciting projects in the UK; typically, residential. He does his successfully, securing the right results both for clients and his business, with a significant increase in turnover, profitability and project scale as a result.

Jonathan supports the next generation of surveyors as they enter the profession and progress through. He gives his time freely to lecture at universities across the country. More widely still, his charitable commitments see him take these debates to those beyond the profession, engaging a wider audience in the dialogue around issues such as housing and development.

Jonathan is a very driven professional who has written books including “Kaleidoscope City” which reached the top 100 Kindle books on Amazon, with contributions from Sir Peter Hall, Richard Rogers, Richard Florida and Liz Pearce. In 2017 Jonathan conceived and launched the “House Me London” social media campaign which raised awareness of the London housing crisis.

He is an outstanding ambassador for the profession with an overflowing portfolio of achievements.
