RICS has partnered with SPACIOUS 千居 to conduct and distribute the Hong Kong Residential Market Survey. It is a sentiment survey that collects and analyses the opinions of professionals in agency and development about the prices, availability and demand of residential property in the New Territories, Kowloon, and Hong Kong Island.
