Professionals based within the UK with a UK bank account can pay their professional fee via Direct Debit. To set-up a direct debit or to amend the details of an existing direct debit, simply login to your RICS online account and select Professional Fees from the menu on the left-hand side. There are three payment cycles available
Annual:
On an annual cycle, the total fee will be taken in one instalment on or immediately after the 1st of January each year. If your direct debit is set up after the January cut off the instalment will be taken on or immediately after the 1st of the following month.
Quarterly:
On a quarterly cycle, the total fee will be spread over four instalments. The instalments will be taken on or immediately after the first working day of January, April, June, and September. If your direct debit is set up after the January cut off your fee will be spread across the remaining three instalments.
The full amount of any levies and/or LionHeart donations will be taken on the first instalment date.
Monthly:
On a monthly cycle, the total fee will be spread over 10 instalments. The instalments will be taken on or immediately after the first working day of each month from 1st of January – 1st of October. If your direct debit is set up after the January cut off your fee will be spread across the remaining instalments.
The full amount of any levies and/or LionHeart donations will be taken on the first instalment date.
