As Chief People Officer, Marina is responsible for co-designing and driving the culture of RICS to ensure that it helps deliver its business goals. Marina leads on organisational wide challenges such as engagement of people, leadership development, developing talented people and ensuring that RICS feels like a great place to work.
Violetta Parylo is responsible for the long-term financial strategy of RICS. She also leads the delivery of effective corporate services, including information technology, property management, facilities, legal, compliance, risk and corporate governance.
Mark leads the RICS major strategic enterprise, the RICS Schools of Built Environment, which is delivering RICS accredited courses from two campuses, one in Delhi and the other in Mumbai.
As Chief Markets Officer, Matt has overall leadership accountability for global sales, marketing and product development. He is responsible for defining the Global Markets Strategy for RICS, evolving our business plan priorities through market intelligence, leading our marketing and digital marketing strategies and ensuring we have a strong, externally-oriented regional market focus, responding with agility as market needs or opportunities arise.
Gillian is responsible for our global brand, corporate communications and programme of thought leadership, where the areas of focus are sustainable urbanisation and the future of the profession. She leads on identifying the long-term disruptive developments and trends that will drive our future strategy and as part of this, heads up the World Built Environment Forum, our collaboration and influencing forum.
