Town House replaces an outdated, temporary building with a new environmentally sustainable BREEAM Excellent high-quality design. The £41m project is set to be complete in Spring 2019.
The Town House will be a key feature of the University's Penrhyn Road campus offering a warm welcome to students, staff, alumni and the local community alike.
The 6-storey building will act as the University's front door, providing information and assistance, celebrating learning, showcasing achievements and supporting collaborations with industry and others.
Please note that full PPE will be required, as this is a working site. Willmott Dixon will provide this if you do not have your own.
If you are planning to travel by car, please note that parking is not available on site, the nearest parking is the Bittoms multi-storey which is a few minutes’ walk away.
